Ladera Lodging
Four "in-session" nights in a standard dorm room at Ladera (no roommate) are included in the Residential fee for Summer session 2026. There is the option to stay additional, non-session nights, which are limited to one day prior to session start, and/or the night of the day the session ends, however, an additional fee will be charged for each additional night. Please choose your additional nights, above, for the session. Additional nights may be added at a later date, with at least 1-week advanced notice, and dependent on the availability of your lodging selection, by emailing Guest Services at GuestServices@pacifica.edu. Cancellations to lodging must be sent, via email, at least 1 week in advance of the check in date, to avoid charges. Changes in room type selected are limited to requests at least one week in advance and subject to availability, changes to room type during session is not permitted.

An additional charge will be billed to your student account for any non-session extra nights, All other additional charges will be billed to your student account.

Check-in time at Ladera is 3:00 pm or any time thereafter. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am.

Students local to Santa Barbara County or Ventura County, or that have an approved Residential Waiver form on file, please select this option. If you already have proof of local residency, or an approved Residential waiver on file for the 2025/2026 academic year, you do not need to resubmit supporting documentation
