Ladera Campus Housing

Two "in-session" nights with occupancy in the Residence Hall, are included with the fall, winter, and spring quarterly Residential Fee. Friday and Saturday are "in-session" nights. Thursday and Sunday nights are considered non-session nights. Summer session includes Sunday through Friday nights. There is the option to stay additional, non-session nights, which are limited to one day prior and/or one day after the session nights, and subject to availability. An additional fee will be charged for each additional night. Please select your additional nights, above, for each session. Additional nights may be requested at a later date, with at least 1 week advanced notice via email, and are dependent upon availability. Please email GuestServices@pacifica.edu for any requests or changes. Changes to lodging dates must be sent, via email, at least 1 week in advance of the check in date, to avoid charges. Notice of an absence must be received at least 5 days in advance of the session start date. Please see below for more information regarding housing information and additional night fees.

An additional charge will be billed to your student account for any non-session extra nights, including an additional occupancy tax of 14%. All other additional charges will be billed to your student account.

Twin and Full Size Rooms

Semiprivate Suites Rooms

  • In-session per night ($83.00) (In addition to the residential fee)
  • Non-session or part time /night ($196.00 plus tax)

Check-in time is 3:00 pm or any time thereafter. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check out is not available without prior approval. A $15 fee may be applied if key is not returned to the front desk by the 11am check out time .


Local Resident

Students claiming residency in Santa Barbara County or Ventura County must submit proof of residency annually. Proof of residency can include Driver’s license with a local address, utility bill, lease agreement, etc. Students are billed as residential students until the proper documentation has been received. Students are required to notify Guest Services immediately if planning to move outside of Santa Barbara County or Ventura County; as such a move would likely change the student’s residency status.

Proof of residency must be scanned and emailed to Guest Services at GuestServices@pacifica.edu.

Students who do not reside in Santa Barbara or Ventura County and still wish to apply for Non- Residential status will need to fill out a separate Residential Waiver Form and petition their residency status. Students will remain in residential status, and be billed as residential status, until the petition has been approved.
